This year we have a school wide value of Cherish our treasures or Tiaki Taonga. This value is all about caring for the thing, people and opportunities around us. Team 3 have started to give out a weekly award to students who show this value in everything they do.
It is so wonderful to see children showing respect, care and kindness in everything they do.

Kia ora Room 19. We are Mokoroa from Waikowhai Primary School. We are excited to be your Tuhi Mai Tuhi Atu buddy class. We like the way you added detail about the picture and why those students got their certificate. Talking about looking after our taonga reminded us about the Kawa of Care lessons where we learnt how to look after our Chromebooks. Maybe you could check your title because I think there's a tiny spelling mistake. Keep up the great work!
